Sculpt

A fun, sweaty, and creative blend of yoga, ballet barre, and strength training set to music. Build strength, endurance, and fitness while cultivating a strong mind-body connection. Bring a mat, a towel, and a lot of enthusiasm. No shoes required.

Tai Chi

This beginner program in T’ai Chi and Qigong is a wonderful way of learning balance, improving overall strength and coordination, reducing stress and promoting general good health.  Careful attention is paid to honoring and understanding the traditional martial background to the art, we practice with slow movements and without any strain or tension.
